中医熏洗坐浴与针刺痔疮穴治疗老年患者肛肠术后疼痛疗效分析

【摘要】：目的观察分析中医熏洗坐浴与针刺痔疮穴治疗老年患者肛肠术后疼痛的疗效。方法选择我院2018年1月-2019年8月收治的行肛肠手术的老年患者92例作为本次的研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各有患者46例，研究组在术后给予中医熏洗坐浴与针刺痔疮穴治疗，对照组给予高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗，观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善时间。结果研究组总有效率为97.83%，明显高于对照组的82.61%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。与对照组比较，研究组创面愈合时间、疼痛、渗出物及水肿消失时间均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论针刺痔疮穴与中医熏洗坐浴可有效改善老年患者肛肠术后疼痛，迅速改善患者的临床症状，在临床上值得进行广泛的推广及应用。

[abstract]:objectivetoobserveandanalyzetheeffectoftraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationsittingbathandacupuncturehemorrhoidpointonpostoperativepaininelderlypatients.MethodsfromJanuary2018-August2019linesof92casesofelderlypatientswithanorectalsurgeryastheresearchobject,wererandomlypidedintocontrolgroupandresearchgroup,eachgroupwith46casesofpatients,theteamaftersurgerytogivethedoctoroftraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationsitzbathwithacupuncturetreatmenthemorrhoidscaveandthecontrolgroupgivenpotassiumpermanganatesitzbaththerapy,toobservetheclinicalefficacyofcomparingtwogroupsofpatients,symptomsimprove.Resultsthetotaleffectiverateinthestudygroupwas97.83%,significantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(82.61%),thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,woundhealingtime,pain,exudateandedemadisappearancetimeinthestudygroupweresignificantlyreduced,withstatisticallysignificantdifferences(P0.05).ConclusionacupunctureofhemorrhoidpointandtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationsittingbathcaneffectivelyimprovethepainofelderlypatientsafteranorectalsurgery,andrapidlyimprovetheclinicalsymptomsofpatients,whichisworthyofextensivepromotionandapplicationinclinical
