PartyAshouldpay60%oftotaldesigningfeeoncesigningthecontract,i.eRMB.

Afterconfirmingthedesigningscheduleandstyle,andwheninneedofadjustingonelectricdesigns,PartyAshouldpay30%oftotaldesignfee,i.eRMB

Afterfixingthecompletedesigningschedule,PartyAshouldpaythebalanceofthedesignfee,i.eRMB,PartyBshouldhandovertheprintingCDafterreceivingthebalanceofpayment.

Periodandmeansofdeliveryofthedesignplan.

PartyBmustcompletethedraftofdesignwithinthetimeagreedbythetwoparties.IfpartyBcannotcompleteontimeduetoreduplicativechangesfromPartyA,thedeliverytimecanbeputoff.Toensurethesmoothcooperation,PartyAmustconfirmormakesuggestionwithinthreeworkingdaysafterreceiptofthedesignfromPartyB,PartyBshouldnotexceedfiveworkingdaystofeedbackthesuggestion.

PartyAshouldsupplythenecessarydesigninginformationwithin20workingdaysaftersigningofthecontract.AsPartyA(notsupplycompleteinformationandsoon)makethedesigndelayed,ifdelayedtimemorethanthreemonths(subjecttothedateofcontract),PartyAshouldpaythebalancedesignfee,PartyBwillcarryonmakingthedesign.Ifmorethansixmonths,thiscontractwillautomaticallybeterminated.PartyBwillsupplytheoriginalCD.IfParty
