“十四五”时期应用型大学科技创新发展路径研究

摘?要：当前，应用型大学科学研究存在整体科研实力不强、应用型科研优势特色不突出、科研管理机制与应用型大学发展定位不匹配等问题。“十四五”时期，应用型大学的科技创新发展要坚持應用型科学研究的主体地位，着力构建以下科技创新发展路径：一是凝练学科方向，强化科研平台团队建设;二是聚焦区域发展，推进政产学研用长效合作;三是加强过程管理，促进科研项目良性循环;四是提升成果质量，加快科技成果转化应用;五是注重分类评价，构建高水平应用型科研评价体系;六是改革管理模式，激发科技创新活力。
