病险水库除险加固存在的问题及对策

摘 要 我国水利事业发展到今天，病险水库问题越发引起了人们的关注。由于水库长期处于水环境中，水力侵蚀
与自然老化都加大了水库的病险程度，导致水库存在结构风险，影响了其功能及效益。为实现病险水库的除险加
固，相关人员需依据水库基本特点，合理选择和利用加固技术，以增强水库的结构稳定性与安全性，发挥水库在蓄
洪补水、调节径流等方面的作用。基于此，本文从水库除险加固的重要性出发，探究了病险水库除险加固中的典型
问题，提出了相应的解决对策，以期为实际工作提供参考与借鉴。

AbstractWiththewaterconservancydevelopmentinChinaatpresent,theproblemofdefectiveanddangerousreservoir
hasattractedincreasingattentionfrompeople.Becausethereservoirislocatedinthewaterenvironmentforalongtime,the
watererosionandnaturalagingincreasethedegreeofdefectanddangerofthereservoir,whichleadstothestructuralrisk
ofthereservoirandaffectsitsfunctionandbenefit.Inordertorealizethedangereliminationandreinforcementofdefective
anddangerousreservoir,therelevantpersonnelshouldreasonablychooseandusethereinforcementtechnologyaccording
tothebasiccharacteristicsofthereservoir,soastoenhancethestructuralstabilityandsafetyofthereservoir,andplaythe
roleofthereservoirinfloodstorage,watersupplyandregulatingrunoff.Basedonthiscondition,thispaperstartsfromthe
importanceofdangereliminationandreinforcementofthereservoir,exploresthetypicalproblemsinthedangerelimination
andreinforcementofdefectiveanddangerousreservoir,andputsforwardthecorrespondingsolutions,soastoprovide
referenceforthepracticalwork.
