【摘要】目的：探讨乳突根治加鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性及胆脂瘤中耳炎疗效。方法：将我院2014年到2018年的80例慢性化脓性及胆脂瘤中耳炎患者，随机分组，单纯乳突根治术组予以单纯乳突根治术，乳突根治加鼓室成形术组施行乳突根治加鼓室成形术。比较两组慢性化脓性及胆脂瘤中耳炎治疗总有效率；住院时间；手术前后气骨导差水平、气导听阈水平；并发症以及复发率。结果：乳突根治加鼓室成形术组慢性化脓性及胆脂瘤中耳炎治疗总有效率、气骨导差水平、气导听阈水平、住院时间、并发症以及复发率对比单纯乳突根治术组有优势，P＜0.05。结论：慢性化脓性及胆脂瘤中耳炎患者实施乳突根治加鼓室成形术效果明显，可加速患者的病情恢复，减少并发症和降低复发率，改善患者听力。

【Abstract】Objective:Toinvestigatetheefficacyofmastoidectomyplustympanoplastyinthetreatmentofchronicsuppurativeandcholesteatomaotitismedia.Methods:Eightypatientswithchronicsuppurativeandcholesteatomaotitismediafrom2014to2018wererandomized.Themastoidectomygroupwastreatedwithsimplemastoidectomy.Themastoidectomyplustympanoplastygroupperformedmastoidprocess.Radicalplustympanoplasty.Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentforchronicsuppurativeandcholesteatomaotitismediawascomparedbetweenthetwogroups;lengthofhospitalstay;levelofair-bonetolerancebeforeandaftersurgery,levelofair-guidedhearingthreshold;complicationsandrecurrencerate.Results:Totaleffectiverate,air-bonetolerance,air-inducedhearingthreshold,hospitalizationtime,complications,andrecurrencerateinpatientswithchronicsuppurativeandcholesteatomaotitismediainthemastoidectomyplustympanoplastygroupwerecomparedwiththesimplemastoidectomygroup.Advantage,P0.05.Conclusion:Chronicsuppurativeandcholesteatomaotitismediapatientswithmastoidectomyandtympanoplastyareeffective,canacceleratetherecoveryofpatients,reducecomplicationsandreducerecurrencerate,improvepatienthearing.
