微创椎弓根钉棒内固定术治疗腰椎骨折的疗效研究

【摘要】目的：研究微创椎弓根钉棒内固定术治疗腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取2018年3月～2019年3月我院接治的112例腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象，抽签法将患者分为两组，一组为参照组56例，一组为研究组56例。参照组对患者实施传统的开放路径手术治疗，研究组对患者实施微创手术治疗，观察两组患者腰椎恢复指标及各项手术指标。结果：研究组的手术时长、手术过程的出血量及术后引流量均比参照组优，两组比较具有统计学意义（P0.05），研究组的腰背痛VAS评分及后凸Cobb角显著低于参照组，肌间隙高度显著高于参照组，两组比较具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：实施微创椎弓根钉棒内固定术治疗腰椎骨折，其疗效显著，患者的腰椎功能恢复良好，值得推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective:Tostudytheclinicaleffectofminimallyinvasivepediclescrew-rodinternalfixationinthetreatmentoflumbarvertebralfracture.Methods:112patientswithlumbarvertebralfracturetreatedinourhospitalfromMarch2018toMarch2019wereselectedastheresearchobject.Thepatientswerepidedintotwogroupsbydrawinglots.Onegroupwas56casesinthereferencegroup,theothergroupwas56casesinthestudygroup.Thepatientsinthecontrolgroupweretreatedwithtraditionalopen-pathsurgery,whilethepatientsinthestudygroupweretreatedwithminimallyinvasivesurgery.Thelumbarvertebralrecoveryindexesandoperationindexesofthetwogroupswereobserved.Results:Theoperationtime,bleedingvolumeanddrainagevolumeofthestudygroupwerebetterthanthoseofthereferencegroup.TheVASscoreandCobbangleofbackpaininthestudygroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthereferencegroup,andtheheightofmusclespacewassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthereferencegroup,withstatisticalsignificancebetweenthetwogroups(P0.05).Conclusion:Minimallyinvasivepediclescrewandrodinternalfixationforthetreatmentoflumbarvertebralfracturehasaremarkablecurativeeffectandgoodrecoveryoflumbarvertebralfunction,whichisworthyofpopularizationandapplication.
