[摘要]目的：研究泌尿外科感染与防治的回顾性临床分析。方法：随机抽选2016年3月—2020年3月武汉市黄陂区中医医院外科78例患者为研究对象，并且根据分析需要把患者分成两组，感染组是治疗时间出现感染患者，未感染组是治疗期间没有出现感染患者，对比治疗获得感染因素。结果：分析两组患者资料中，患者出现感染因素和患者的使用抗生素情况（感染组预防使用有28例、未感染组只有8例）、感染组患者住院时间为（13.56±4.14）、未感染组为（5.32±3.19），患者年龄因素（感染组≥55岁26例、未感染组≥55岁10例），感染组患者留置尿管时间为（6.58±2.25）、未感染组（3.27±1.47），采用入侵治疗的感染组有27例、未感染组9例。两组数据对照差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：泌尿外科

导致患者感染因素为多方面，医护人员需找出感染因素，采取有效措施防止，以此来保证患者减少感染风险。
