Article1:ContractScope

Article2:TransportationModeandRoute
Thegoodsshallbetransportedby[specifymodeoftransporte.g.,air,sea,land]viatheroutespecifiedinAppendix2.
Article3:CargoandDocuments
3.1PartyAshallensurethatthecargoisproperlypackedandmarked,andthatallnecessarydocumentsareprovided.
3.2PartyBshallberesponsibleforhandlingallnecessarydocumentsrelatedtothetransportation,includingwaybills,invoices,etc.
Article4:TimeofShipmentandDelivery
4.1Thegoodsshallbeshippednolaterthan[SpecificDate].
4.2PartyBshallmakesurethegoodsaredeliveredtoPartyAontime.AnydelayshallbepromptlynotifiedtoPartyA.
Article5:FreightPayment
5.1Thefreightforthistransportationshallbecalculatedbasedon[specifybasise.g.,weight,volume,distance],asdetailedinAppendix3.
5.2Paymenttermsshallbeasagreedbetweenbothpartiesandconfirmedinwriting.
Article6:CustomsFormalities
PartyBshallhandleallcustomsformalitiesrequiredfortheimportandexportofthegoods.
Article7:Insurance
7.1PartyAmayrequestinsuranceforthegoodsbeingtransported.Ifso,PartyBshallarrangeforsuchinsuranceatPartyAscost.
7.2DetailsofinsurancecoverageandlimitsshallbespecifiedinAppendix4.
Article8:ClaimsandLiabilities
8.1Ifanyclaimarisesduetolossordamageofthegoodsduringtransportation,PartyBshallbeliable,exceptwheresuchl
