第一条

Congressshallmakenolawrespectinganestablishmentof

religion,orprohibitingthefreeexercisethereof;orabridgingthe

freedomofspeech,orofthepress;ortherightofthepeople

peaceablytoassemble,andtopetitiontheGovernmentfora

redressofgrievances.
