6.Termination:EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreement

bygivingwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Intheeventof

termination,ClientshallpayTranslatorforallservicesrendered

uptothedateoftermination.

7.GoverningLaw:ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbythe
