AI.Intheinterim,ChatGPT,Midjourney,Bard,andothershavedominatedbothcorporate

andsocialconversationswhileencroachingintoever-newerapplications.Asuserises,

DISQOistrackingsentimenttokeepmarketersontopofcustomerexperienceswith...and

perceptionsofgenerativeAI.

Inourfirstreport,wesawclearchallengesforgenerativeAIinthecourtofpublicopinion.

Low-levelknowledge,abysmaltrust,andstrongcallsfortransparencyshowcasedpeople’s

worriesaboutAI’simpactonournearanddistantfuture.

However,earlyskepticismcanbesoftenedbytransparentcommunicationsandrepeated

exposuretothetechnology.AndexposuretogenerativeAIisabundantrightnow.Wemight

expectsentimenttoimproveasadoptionincreases,modelsevolve,andpeopleare

exposedtomoreapplications.Butjusthowmuchofashiftareweobservingintheseearly
