CriticalPathhadlostthegoodwillofitsinvestors.

goodwilloftheinvestors.Thatwastough,afterwhathad
happened.Butalthoughtheywereangrywiththecompany,
theydidnthavebadfeelingsaboutme.ItoldthemthatI
knewIcouldgetthecompanyonitsfeetagain.Hewas
authorisedtomakewhateverchangeswererequired,andhis
firstactwastofindpeoplewithinthecompanyhecouldtrust
andputthemincharge.
