3.PriceandPayment
3.1ThetotalpricefortheproductsspecifiedinAnnexIshallbeasstatedinAnnexIII.Thepriceincludesallcostsassociatedwithpackaging,transportation,insurance,andcustomsclearance.
3.2Paymentshallbemadethrough[Specifypaymentmethode.g.,wiretransfer,LetterofCredit,etc.]
3.3ThetermsofpaymentshallbeasstatedinAnnexIV.AnydeviationfromtheagreedtermsshallbesubjecttopriorapprovalbytheBuyer.
4.DeliveryandShipping
4.1TheSellershallensuretimelydeliveryoftheproductstotheBuyersdesignatedlocationasspecifiedinAnnexV.AnydelayshallbepromptlynotifiedtotheBuyer.
4.2Shippingdocuments,includingpackinglist,invoice,andbilloflading,shallbeissuedandsubmittedtotheBuyeralongwiththedeliveryoftheproducts.
5.QualityAssurance
5.1TheSellershallensurethattheproductscomplywithallapplicablequalitystandardsandshallprovidenecessaryqualityassurancedocumentstotheBuyeruponrequest.
5.2Ifanydefectornon-conform
