泌尿外科急症诊断与处理流程

1.患者出现急性腹痛、尿频尿急、血尿等症状时应立即就诊泌尿

外科。Whenpatientshavesymptomsofacuteabdominalpain,

frequenturination,urgencytourinate,andhematuria,they

shouldseekimmediatemedicalattentionfromtheurology

department.

2.医生应立即进行详细的病史询问和体格检查。Doctorsshould

immediatelyconductadetailedmedicalhistoryinquiryand

physicalexamination.

3.若病情紧急，需立即进行心电监护、静脉通道建立、血常规、

尿常规等检查。Iftheconditionisurgent,ECGmonitoring,

establishmentofintravenousaccess,androutinebloodand

urinetestsshouldbeperformedimmediately.

4.对于出现尿潴留的患者，需要进行膀胱超声或B超检查，排除

泌尿系统梗阻。Forpatientswithurinaryretention,bladder

ultrasoundorB-ultrasoundexaminationshouldbeperformedto

ruleoutobstructionoftheurinarysystem.

5.心率、血压、血氧饱和度等监测，保持患者的生命体征稳定。

Monitorheartrate,bloodpressure,bloodoxygensaturation,

andothervitalsignstomaintainthestabilityofthe

patientscondition.

6.对于伴随严重腹痛的患者，需要进行腹部CT或B超检查，排除

泌尿系统急性疾病。Forpatientswithsevereabdominalpain,

abdominalCTorB-ultrasoundshouldbeperformedtoruleout

acutediseasesoftheurinarysystem.

7.必要时进行腹腔镜检查或介入治疗。Laparoscopyor

interventionaltherapymaybenecessaryifneeded.

8.对于急性肾功能衰竭患者，应立即行肾功能检测和电解质检查。

Forpatientswithacuterenalfailure,renalfunctionand

electrolytetestsshouldbeperformedimmediately.

9.对于伴随泌尿外伤的患者，需进行泌尿系统造影或CT检查以评

估损伤程度。Patientswithurologicaltraumashouldundergo

urographyorCTexaminationtoassesstheextentofthe

injury.

10.根据病情需要及时进行手术或非手术治疗。Surgicalornon-

surgicaltreatmentshouldbeperformedpromptlyaccordingto

thecondition.

11.在治疗过程中要密切监测患者的病情变化，及时调整治疗方案。

12.排除炎症、结石、肿瘤等泌尿系统疾病。Excludeurinary

systemdiseasessuchasinflammation,stones,andtumors.

13.加强术后护理，预防感染和并发症的发生。Strengthen
