Article3:QualityandWarranty

(3)Functionnormallyundernormaluseandmaintenance.

3.2IfthegoodsfailtomeetthequalitystandardsspecifiedinArticle3.1,theBuyerhastherighttorequesttheSellertorepair,replace,orrefundthegoodswithinthewarrantyperiod.Thespecificwarrantyperiodshallbedeterminedmutualagreementbetweentheparties.

Article4:LiabilityforBreachofContract

4.1IfeitherpartyfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract,theotherpartyhastherighttorequestthebreachingpartytobearthecorrespondingliability.
