LawyersRepresentationContractSampleinEnglish

Thiscontractisenteredintobyandbetween_________(hereinafterreferredtoastheClient)and_________(hereinafterreferredtoastheLawyer)forthepurposeoflegalrepresentationservices.

1.ScopeofRepresentation

TheLawyershallprovidelegalrepresentationservicestotheClientinconnectionwiththefollowingmatters:

(a)Providingadviceandguidanceonlegalmatters.

(b)Draftingandreviewinglegaldocuments.

(c)NegotiatingandmediatingonbehalfoftheClient.

(d)RepresentingtheClientincourtoradministrativeproceedings.

(e)Anyotherlegalmatteragreeduponbybothpartiesinwriting.

2.TermofRepresentation

ThiscontractshallbeeffectiveasofthedateofsigningandshallcontinueuntilthecompletionofthemattersspecifiedinSection1oruntilterminatedbymutualagreementofbothpartiesinwriting.

3.FeesandExpenses

(a)TheClientshallpaytheLawyersfeesforthelegalrepresentationservicesprovided,whichshallbecalculatedbasedontheagreed-uponhourlyrateorafixedfee,asspecifiedinwriting.

(b)Inadditiontofees,theClientshallalsobearanyexpensesrelatedtothelegalrepresentation,suchascourtfees,filingfees,andotherout-of-pocketexpenses,whichshallbeinvoicedseparately.

4.Confidentiality

TheLawyershallmaintainstrictconfidentialityregardingallinformationreceivedfromtheClientduringthecourseoflegalrepresentation,exceptasrequiredbylaworwiththeClientsconsent.

5.DutiesoftheClient

TheClientshall:

(a)ProvidetruthfulandcompleteinformationtotheLawyer.

(b)FollowtheadviceandrecommendationsprovidedbytheLawyer.

(c)Payfeesandexpensespromptlywhendue.

6.DutiesoftheLawyer

TheLawyershall:

(a)Providelegaladviceandrepresentationserviceswithdiligenceandprofessionalintegr
