摘要：

胃癌是一种严重危害人类健康的恶性肿瘤，其发生和发展与许多遗

传因素有关。Bmi-1基因是一个关键的调控基因，在肿瘤的发生和发展中

发挥着重要的作用。本文旨在探究Bmi-1基因在胃癌中的表达及其临床

意义，为胃癌的早期诊断和治疗提供新的理论依据。

本研究采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测Bmi-1基因在胃癌组织和癌

旁组织中的表达，同时分析Bmi-1基因表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征的

关系，包括年龄、性别、TNM分期等。

预期的结果是Bmi-1基因在胃癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织，

表明Bmi-1可能参与胃癌的发生和发展。此外，Bmi-1基因表达可能与胃

癌患者的年龄、性别、TNM分期等临床病理特征相关。

本研究结果有望为Bmi-1基因在胃癌中的作用机制提供新的认识，

为胃癌的诊断、预后评估和治疗提供新的靶点和策略。

Abstract：

Gastriccancerisaseriousmalignanttumorthatseriously

endangershumanhealth,anditsoccurrenceanddevelopmentare

relatedtomanygeneticfactors.Bmi-1geneisakeyregulatorygene

andplaysanimportantroleintheoccurrenceanddevelopmentof

tumors.ThispaperaimstoexploretheexpressionofBmi-1genein

gastriccanceranditsclinicalsignificance,andtoprovidenew

theoreticalbasisforearlydiagnosisandtreatmentofgastriccancer.

Real-timefluorescencequantitativePCRtechnologywasusedin

thisstudytodetecttheexpressionofBmi-1geneingastriccancer

tissueandadjacenttissue,andtherelationshipbetweenBmi-1gene

expressionandclinicalpathologycharacteristicsofgastriccancer

patients,includingage,gender,TNMstaging,etc.,wasanalyzed.

ItisexpectedthattheexpressionofBmi-1geneingastriccancer

tissueissignificantlyhigherthanthatinadjacenttissue,indicatingthat

Bmi-1maybeinvolvedintheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofgastric

cancer.Inaddition,Bmi-1geneexpressionmayberelatedtothe

clinicalpathologycharacteristicsofgastriccancerpatients,suchasage,

gender,TNMstage,etc.

Theresultsofthisstudyareexpectedtoprovidenewinsightsinto

theroleofBmi-1geneingastriccancer,andprovidenewtargetsand

strategiesforthediagnosis,prognosisassessmentandtreatmentof

gastriccancer.
