漱口运动法十颈部康复操在甲状腺手术术后康复中的运用

【摘要】目的探析研究漱口运动法＋颈部康复操在甲状腺手术术后康复中的运用。方法选取我院2022年1月至2023年1月期间接收的行甲状腺手术患者80例，随机进行分组为对照组（40例，在常规护理基础上给予颈部康复操训练）和观察组（40例，在对照组的基础上给予漱口运动法训练），观察比较两组患者的瘢痕痉挛发生情况、颈部活动度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组瘢痕痉挛发生率显著低于对照组，且观察组的颈部活动度与对照组对比显著更优。此外，观察组的不良反应发生率相比对照组更低。结论在甲状腺手术术后康复中运用漱口运动法联合颈部康复操效果显著，能够降低患者的痉挛发生率，改善患者颈部活动度，有效降低患者的不良反应发生率，具有较好的应用价值。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationofmouthwashexercisemethodandneckrehabilitationexercisesinpostoperativerehabilitationofthyroidsurgery.Methods80patientswhounderwentthyroidsurgeryinourhospitalfromJanuary2022toJanuary2023wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrolgroup(40cases,whoreceivedneckrehabilitationexercisetrainingonthebasisofroutinenursing)andanobservationgroup(40cases,whoreceivedmouthwashexercisetrainingonthebasisofthecontrolgroup).Theincidenceofscarspasms,neckmobility,andincidenceofadversereactionswereobservedandcomparedbetweenthetwogroupsofpatients.ResultsTheincidenceofscarspasmsintheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andtheneckmobilityoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlybettercomparedtothecontrolgroup.Inaddition,theincidenceofadversereactionsintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup.ConclusionTheuseofmouthwashexercisecombinedwithneckrehabilitationexercisesinpostoperativerehabilitationofthyroidsurgeryhasasignificanteffect,whichcanreducetheincidenceofspasms,improveneckmobility,andeffectivelyreducetheincidenceofadversereactionsinpatients.Ithasgoodapplicationvalue.
