ESG表现对于企业价值的影响机制研究

——基于企业创新和全要素生产率视角

[摘要]近年来，我国致力于促进社会经济高质量发展，企业在环境、社会和公司治理（ESG）方

面的表现成为社会的关注热点。以2015—2022年我国沪深A股上市公司作为样本，研究企业ESG表现

对企业价值的影响机理。研究结果表明：ESG表现与企业价值显著正相关。ESG价值效应的内在机理检

验结果表明，企业创新与全要素生产率在ESG表现与企业价值的关系间发挥中介效应，并且企业规模在

ESG与企业价值的关系之间存在门槛效应。异质性分析结果表明，对于国有企业、属于非污染行业的企

业而言，良好的ESG表现提升企业价值的效果更加显著。

Abstract:Inrecentyears,Chinahasbeencommittedtopromotinghigh-qualitysocialandeconomicdevelopment,

andtheperformanceofenterprisesinenvironmental,socialandcorporategovernance(ESG)hasbecomeahot

topicofsocialconcern.ThispapertakesChinasShanghaiandShenzhenA-sharelistedcompaniesfrom2015

to2022assamplestostudytheinfluencemechanismofESGperformanceonfirmvalue.Theresultsshowthat

thereisasignificantpositivecorrelationbetweenESGperformanceandfirmvalue.Theinternalmechanismtest

resultsofESGvalueeffectshowthatfirminnovationandtotalfactorproductivityplayanintermediaryeffecton

therelationshipbetweenESGperformanceandfirmvalue,andfirmsizehasathresholdeffectontherelationship
