Micromachinedviscometricaffinityglucosesensorshavebeenpreviouslydemonstratedusing

vibrationalcantileveranddiaphragm.Thesedevicesfeaturedasingleglucosedetection

modulethatdeterminesglucoseconcentrationsthroughviscositychangesofglucose-sensitive

polymersolutions.However,fluctuationsintemperatureandotherenvironmentalparameters

mightpotentiallyaffectthestabilityandreliabilityofthesedevices,creatingcomplexityin

theirapplicationsinsubcutaneouslyimplantedcontinuousglucosemonitoring(CGM).To

addresstheseissues,wepresentaMEMSdifferentialsensorthatcaneffectivelyreject

environmentaldisturbanceswhileallowingaccurateglucosedetection.Thesensorconsistsof

twoicallydrivenvibratingdiaphragmssituatedinsidemicrochambersfilledwitha
