摘要

摘 要

本设计是年产12万吨聚乙烯生产工艺设计。本文详细的概述聚乙烯的生产,研究和应用，并阐述了其在化学工业中的地位和作用。其次，确定了聚乙烯的生产工艺。目前，工业生产高密度聚乙烯的方法主要有液相法和气相法，本设计选取Hostalen工艺，该工艺是以高纯度乙烯为主要原料,正己烷为溶剂,采用高效催化剂,在90℃条件下进行低压聚合反应。聚合的淤浆经分离干燥,混炼造粒得到各种性能优良的HDPE产品。工艺特点是采用独特的冷却系统可以便捷、精确地实现产品性能的重复以及聚合系统高效的移热。并在生产工艺的基础上进行了物料衡算，热量衡算，设备选型等。本设计说明书附有主设备布置图一张，反应器结构图一张和带控制点的工艺流程图一张。

Abstract

Thisdesignistheannualoutputof120000tonsofpolyethyleneproductionprocessdesign.Inthispaper,adetailedoverviewofpolyethyleneproduction,researchandapplication,andexpoundsitsstatusandroleinthechemicalindustry.Second,determinethepolyethyleneproductionprocess.Atpresent,theindustrialproductionofhighdensitypolyethylenemethodsmainlyincludeliquidphasemethodandgasphasemethod,thedesignselectedHostalenprocess,thisprocessiswithhighpurityethyleneasthemainrawmaterial,hexaneassolvent,adoptefficientcatalyst,undertheconditionof

90℃low-pressurepolymerization.Polymerizationofslurrythroughseparation,drying,mixinggranulationforHDPEproductsofvariouskindsofexcellentperformance.Processcharacteristicsaretheuniquecoolingsystemcouldrealizetheperformanceoftheproduct,convenientandpreciserepetitionandefficientmovingthermalpolymerizationsystem.Andintheproductionprocessonthebasisofmaterialbalance,heatbalance,equipmentselection,etc.Thisdesignwiththemainfacilitylayoutofaspecification,andreactorstructureofoneandtakethecontrolpointsofprocessflowdiagram.
