ThisContractismadebyandbetweenthefollowingparties:

Inordertoensurethesmoothoperationofoverseaswarehouseservices,bothpartiesagreetoconcludethisContractundertheprinciplesofequality,mutualbenefit,andhonesty,withspecifictermsasfollows:
Article1:PurposeandScope
ThepurposeofthisContractistodefinethetermsandconditionsofoverseaswarehouseservicesprovidedbyPartyBtoPartyA.Theservicesincludestorage,inventorymanagement,orderprocessing,shipment,andotherrelatedservices.
Article2:ServiceTerm
ThetermofthisContractshallbefrom________(startdate)to________(enddate).BothpartiesmaynegotiateandrenewtheContractuponitsexpiration.
Article3:ServiceContentandScope
1.PartyBshallprovidesufficientstoragespaceforPartyAsgoodsinitsoverseaswarehouse.
2.PartyBshallconductinventorymanagementforPartyAsgoods,includingincominginspection,storage,issuance,andotherrelatedactivities.
3.PartyBshallprocessordersofPartyAsgoodsaccordingtotheinstructionsfromPartyAandshipthemtothedesignatedlocations.
4.PartyBshallprovideotherrelatedservicesasagreedbybothparties,suchasproductinformationmanagement,returnprocessing,etc.
Article4:ServiceFeesandPaymentTerms
1.Theservicefeesfortheoverseaswarehouseservicesshallbeagreedbybothpartiesinwriting.
2.PartyAshallpaytheservicefeestoPartyBinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentterms.
3.AnyadditionalservicesnotspecifiedinthisContractshallbesubjecttoadditionalfeesagreedbybothparties.
