women.Historically,womenareusuallynothavingimportantpositionsinthelabour

market.Comparedwithmales,femalesaremoredifficulttohaveaccesstogetthesame

resourceinmanycountries.Therefore,femalehavelessopportunitythanmaletobe

entrepreneursorsomehigh-payingjobs.Iftherearewagedisparitiesbetweenmalesand

females,itwillinfluenceeconomicdevelopment.(Hugh1998，p.35)Accordingto

Jones(1983,p.134),thedirectwagesdiscriminationmayhavebeenbasicallyeliminated.

But,thereisinequalityopportunityformanandwomentogetajob.Thisreportexamines
