Thisserviceagreement(Agreement)ismadeandenteredintobyandbetweenPartyA,anorganizerspecializingineducationaltoursandsummercamps,andPartyB,aparticipantortheparent/guardianofaparticipant,forthepurposeoftheParticipantattendingtheBritishStudyTourSummerCamporganizedbyPartyA.

Article1:DescriptionoftheService

1.1PartyAagreestoprovidetheParticipantwithastudytoursummercampserviceintheUnitedKingdom,whichincludesbutisnotlimitedtoeducationalactivities,accommodation,meals,andtransportationasdetailedinAppendix1.

Article2:DurationoftheService
