transmitter.Thelocationofthefaultcanthenbedeterminedusing
asuitableRadiodetectionPrecisionLocator*.
TheTx-121helpstoreducetheneedforexploratorydigsand
‘cut-to-find’isolationtasks,reducingthecostofrepairsand
minimisingdisruptiontothepublic.

signalstrengthastheconnectedcorestwistinthecable–known
asthecablelayeffect.Thepositionofafaultisidentifiedbya
dropintherelativesignalstrength.
