7.1AnyclaimmadebyPartyBforanydamagetoorlossofthegoodsduringtransitmustbeaccompaniedbyaclaimdocumentissuedbytheshippingcompanyandasurveyreportfromarecognizedsurveyor.PartyAshallbeartheresponsibilityforsuchclaimsafterreceivingsuchdocumentsandreports.
