2.1TheProductsshallconformtothequalityandspecificationssetforthintheattachmenthereto.
2.2SellershallensurethattheProductsmeettherelevantqualitystandardsandregulationsestablishedtherelevantauthorities.
Article3:PriceandPaymentTerms
3.1ThepriceoftheProductsshallbeassetforthintheattachmenthereto.
3.2BuyershallmakepaymentfortheProductswithin[numberofdays]afterthedateoftheinvoiceissuedSeller.
3.3PaymentshallbemadebanktransfertotheaccountdesignatedSeller.
Article4:DeliveryandShipping
