摘要
睡眠作为个体基本生理需要之一,对个体身心健康的发展至关重要。睡眠质量是个
体对自己睡眠状况的主观评估,反映了睡眠效率、睡眠时长等综合情况。以往调查显示,
在大学生群体中,有超过一半的个体存在不同程度的睡眠问题,不理想的睡眠质量会影
响个体身心健康和正常生活。因此有必要对影响大学生睡眠质量的具体因素进行探究。
本研究探讨了压力感知对睡眠质量的影响机制,采用问卷法对1254名全国在校大
学生进行调查。通过SPSS25.0首先分析大学生压力感知、短视频成瘾、正念与睡眠质
量在人口学变量(性别、是否为独生子女、年级、专业、生源地)上的特点,其次分析大
学生压力感知、短视频成瘾、正念与睡眠质量之间的关系,并进一步探究短视频成瘾在
压力感知和睡眠质量之间的中介作用,以及正念的调节作用,结果显示:
(1)大学生压力感知在是否为独生,年级上存在显著差异,其中独生子女的压力感知
水平高于非独生子女,大二年级压力感知水平显著高于大四年级;正念在性别上存在显
著差异,其中女生的正念水平显著高于男生;睡眠质量在年级上存在显著差异,其中大
二年级在匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)得分上显著高于大一,说明大二年级的睡眠质量要
比大一学生的差;
(2)压力感知、短视频成瘾和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)得分两两间呈显著正相关,
压力感知、短视频成瘾、PSQI得分与正念均呈显著负相关;
(3)短视频成瘾在压力感知和睡眠质量之间存在部分中介作用;
(4)正念在压力感知和睡眠质量之间存在调节作用。
综上所述,本研究得出,大学生压力感知会影响睡眠质量,压力感知水平越高,大
学生睡眠质量越差;短视频成瘾在压力感知和睡眠质量间起中介作用,大学生压力感知
水平越高,短视频成瘾水平就越高,睡眠质量就越差;正念能够调节压力感知对睡眠质
量的负面影响。
