Beforethemid-20thcentury，mostpeoplefelttravellingintospacewasonlyadreamthatcouldnevercometrue.However，scientistsweredeterminedtorealisethatdream.Aftermanyexperiments，theysucceededinmakingrocketsthatcouldescapeEarth’sgravity.On4October1957，theSputnik1satellitewaslaunchedby;theUSSRandsuccessfullyorbitedaroundEarth.Afterwards，theUSSRfocusedonsendingpeopleintospace，andon12April1961，YuriGagarinbecamethefirstpersoninthe
