Article3:DeliveryandQualityAssurance

TheSellershallensureproperpackagingoftheproductandclearlymarktheshippingmarksaspertheinstructionsoftheBuyer.AnydamagecausedduetoinadequatepackagingorunclearshippingmarksshallbebornebytheSeller.

Article6:InspectionandQualityControl

Bothpartiesshallconductinspectionandqualitycontrolmeasuresduringproduction,pre-shipment,anduponarrivaloftheproductattheportofdestination.Anydiscrepanciesfoundduringtheseinspectionsshallberesolve
