(2)conformtothebuyerstechnicalspecificationsandrequirements;

(3)havenodefectsinworkmanshipandmaterials.

incasetheproductsdonotmeettheabovequalitystandards,thesellershallberesponsibleforthefollowing:

(1)replacethenonconformingproductswithconformingproducts;

(2)refundthebuyerthefullpurchasepriceofthenonconformingproducts;

(3)bearthebuyersreasonableexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththenonconformingproducts.

5.intellectualpropertyrights
