1.Employment
1.1PartyAherebyemploysPartyBtoworkatitsregisteredaddress,oratanyotherlocationasmaybedesignatedbyPartyAfromtimetotime,toperformsuchdutiesasmaybeassignedtoPartyBbyPartyA.
1.2PartyBacceptssuchemploymentandagreestoperformthedutiesassignedtohim/herdiligentlyandfaithfully.
2.DurationofEmployment
2.1Thisemploymentshallcommenceon[CommencementDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[DurationofEmployment]unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthiscontract.
2.2EitherPartymayterminatethisemploymentcontractbygivingtheotherPartyawrittennoticeofterminationnotlessthan[NoticePeriod]dayspriortotheintendedterminationdate.
3.DutiesandResponsibilities
3.1PartyBshallperformthedutiesassignedtohim/herbyPartyAwithdiligenceandfaithfulness,inaccordancewiththestandardsandpracticesofPartyA.
3.2PartyBshallcomplywithalltherules,regulations,andpoliciesofPartyA,aswellasallapplicablelawsandregulationsofthecountry.
3.3PartyBshallnotengageinanyactivitythatmaybedetrimentaltotheinterestsofPartyAorviolatetheprovisionsofthiscontract.
4.Remuneration
4.1PartyAshallpayPartyBasalaryattherateof[SalaryAmount]permonth,payableinaccordancewiththepayrollscheduleofPartyA.
4.2Inadditiontothesalary,PartyAmayprovideotherbenefitsasmaybedeterminedfromtimetotime,includingbutnotlimitedtomedicalinsurance,transportationallowance,andannualleave.
