TheBuyershallberesponsibleforthefollowing:
*Ensuringthatthepaymentismadeontimeandinfull.
*ProvidingasafeandsecureplaceforstoringtheTimber.
*EnsuringthattheTimberisusedforitsintendedpurpose.
6.Termination:
ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyintheeventofabreachbytheotherparty.Insuchacase,thepartyinbreachshallbeliableforanylossesincurredbytheotherpartyasaresultofthebreach.
7.DisputeResolution:
AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledbynegotiationbetweentheparties.
