1.Purpose
1.1.Thistestprocedurespecifiesaprocedurewithwhichtheoveralltirenoise(consistingoftirerolling

2.Areaofapplication
2.1.Thistestmethodisvalidfordevelopmentmeasurementsaswellasreleasetestsand
seriesmonitoringoftires.
2.2.ThemeasurementsarecarriedoutbytheCompleteVehicleAcousticsdepartmentorbya
serviceproviderorsuppliercommissionedbythisdepartment.
2.3.Theexactscopeofmeasurementisagreedbetweentherespectivepartiesinvolvedintheorder.
