orthodonticandsurgicaltreatments.MethodsThestudyincluded73

skeletalclassIIImalocclusionpatients.Chose21indexeswhichpertaining

tothecharacteristicsofsoftandhardtissueproiflefromtheimagingdata

beforeandaftercombinedorthodonticandsurgicaltreatments.then

researchtheinfluencingfactorsthroughcontrastanalysisandcorrelation

analysis.ResultsTherewassigniifcantdifferencesbetweenthebeforeand

aftercombinedorthodonticandsurgicaltreatmentsinthe17ofabove

mentionedindexes,exceptforANS-Me/N-Me(%),L1-NB(mm),Y-axis

angle(°)andMP-SN(°).Highcorrelationwasfoundinseveralhardtissue

indexesandtheircorrespondingsofttissueindexes,thecorrelation

coefifcientofNP-FH(°)andY-axisangle(°),SNA(°)andFH-N`Pg`(°)attainto

0.914,-0.883,-0.742respectively.ConclusionAccordingtoskeletalclassIII

malocclusionpatients,osseousfactoristhemaininlfuencingfactorson

facialproifle,othersaredentalfactorandsofttissue

thickness.Cephalometriccharacteristicsofthesepatientsmainlyreflected

theloweronethirdofthefacetotheovergrowninthesagittaldeformity,

oftenaccompaniedbyrecedingchin,whiletheverticaltothegeneralhas

noobviousabnormalities.Throughcombinedorthodonticandsurgical

treatmentscanimprovethesideappearance.%目的：通过对比研究骨性Ⅲ类

错牙合畸形患者正畸-正颌联合治疗前后颌面部软硬组织、侧貌变化情况，对正畸-

正颌联合治疗骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形提供进一步参考。方法：选择73例骨性Ⅲ类错

牙合畸形患者，分别在正畸-正颌联合治疗前后影像学资料中选择21项能够反映

颌面部软硬组织、侧貌形态的参数进行对照分析，并通过相关性分析其影响因素。

结果：骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形患者治疗后相比治疗前硬组织参数中除MP-SN(°)、

ANS-Me/N-Me(%)、L1-NB(mm)以及Y轴角(°)外，余下17项参数差异均有统
