TheGroupisprincipallyengagedin(i)salesanddistributionof(i)
publications,andthesalesofprintandonlineadvertisingspaces
andprovisionofadvertisingdesignandrelatedproduction(ii)
services,(ii)salesofbillboardadvertisingspacesandprovision(iii)
ofadvertisementsourcingagencyservices,and(iii)promotion
ofproductsandservicesbyorganizingexhibitionsandshows.202211
ThisESGreportcoverstheGroup’soverallperformanceintwo
subjectareas,namely,EnvironmentalandSocialoftheabove-
mentionedbusinessoperations,from1January2022to31
December2022,unlessotherwisestated.
APPROACH
Thisreportispreparedbasedontheprinciplesof“materiality”,
“quantitative”,“balance”and“consistency”.Theboard(the
“Board”)ofdirectors(the“Director(s)”)hasidentifiedthematerial
ESGissuesfromtheannualmaterialityassessmentexercise
thatinvolvedtheESGworkinggroup.TheESGkeyperformance
indicator(“KPI”)dataarepresentedinspecificandmeasurable
numbers.
ReportingprincipleTheGroup’sresponse
MaterialityTheGroupreportsonissuesthatareconsideredasposingsignificantimpacts
