5.1BothPartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanybusinessinformationexchangedbetweenthemduringtheperformanceofthisAgreement,exceptforinformationthatispubliclyavailableorrightfullyobtainedfromothersources.

5.2NeitherPartyshallusetheotherPartysconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofthisAgreement.

Article6:ForceMajeure

6.1NeitherPartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisAgreementduetocausesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,suchasactsofGod,labordisputes,orgovernmentactions.
