奥林二幢商用工程图纸，建筑面积34232㎡，总共20层。该毕业设计主要建筑

施工；为；米；千米；运用施工组织设计模板编制的适合本工程的施工组织设

计。

本毕业设计共用时八周，其中包括任务书、开题报告、施工组织设计模板

的熟悉、本工程的了解及编制等内容。其中包括工程概况及特点、施工布置、

施工准备、分部分项主要施工方法、施工进度计划、保证工期措施、保证安全

生产措施、文明施工、环境保证措施、成品保护措施、季节性施工技术措施以

及施工平面布置图、季度计划安排表、进度网络计划等共计23项。

该毕业设计使我对整个工程的前期准备、具体实施、后期管理上都有了更

深层次的认识，由于个人所学知识有限，对组织设计的认识还不够深入，设计

还不够具体，涉及问题不够全面，设计中肯定会有不同层次的失误和错误，希

望老师提出宝贵意见。
