TheXD6132seriesareultra-smalldelaycapacitoradjustabletypevoltagedetectorsthathavehighaccuracyandsense

pinisolation.HighaccuracyandalowsupplycurrentareachievedbymeansofaCMOSprocess,ahighlyaccuratereference

powersupply,andlasertrimmingtechnology.

Thesensepinisisolatedfromthepowerinputpintoenablemonitoringofthevoltageofanotherpowersupply.Outputcan

bemaintainedinthedetectionstateevenifthevoltageofthepowersupplythatismonitoreddropsto0V.Thesensepinis

alsosuitablefordetectinghighvoltages,andthedetectionandreleasevoltagecanbesetasdesiredusingexternalresistors.

Aninternalsurgevoltageprotectioncircuitandaninternaldelaycircuitarealsoprovided.
