■GENERALDESCRIPTION

TheXC6132seriesareultra-smalldelaycapacitoradjustabletypevoltagedetectorsthathavehighaccuracyandsensepin

isolation.HighaccuracyandalowsupplycurrentareachievedbymeansofaCMOSprocess,ahighlyaccuratereference

powersupply,andlasertrimmingtechnology.

Thesensepinisisolatedfromthepowerinputpintoenablemonitoringofthevoltageofanotherpowersupply.Outputcan

bemaintainedinthedetectionstateevenifthevoltageofthepowersupplythatismonitoreddropsto0V.Thesensepinis

alsosuitablefordetectinghighvoltages,andthedetectionandreleasevoltagecanbesetasdesiredusingexternal

resistors.Aninternalsurgevoltageprotectioncircuitandaninternaldelaycircuitarealsoprovided.

ByconnectingacapacitortotheCd/MRBpin,anyreleasedelaytimeanddetectdelaytimecanbesetandthepincanalso

beusedasamanualresetpin.

TheHYSexternaladjustmentpincanbeusedtoestablishasufficienthysteresiswidth.
