1.Parties
TheBuyerandtheSeller,bothofwhomarelegallycompetenttoenterintothisContract,herebyagreetobeboundbyitstermsandconditions.
2.SubjectMatter
ThesubjectmatterofthisContractisthesaleandpurchaseof[ProductName],whichshallbedeliveredtotheBuyerbytheSelleraccordingtothetermsandconditionsstipulatedherein.
3.PriceandPayment
TheBuyershallpaytotheSellerthetotalpriceof[Price]forthe[ProductName].Thepaymentshallbemadein[Currency]andshallbetransferredtotheSellersaccountat[BankName]on[Date].
4.Delivery

6.Warranty
TheSellerwarrantsthatthe[ProductName]isfreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandissuitableforitsintendeduse.Thewarrantyperiodshallbe[WarrantyPeriod].Ifanydefectoccursduringthewarrantyperiod,theSellershall,atitsoption,eitherreplaceorrefundtheproducttotheBuyer.
7.ForceMajeure
IfeitherpartyispreventedfromperformingitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoforcemajeure,suchasnaturaldisasters,strikes,orotherunforeseenevents,theaffectedpartyshallnotifytheotherpartyimmediatelyandproviderea
