AGENTCONTRACT
ThisAgentContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)ismadeandenteredintoby___________(hereinafterreferredtoasthePrincipal)and__________(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgent)inordertoclearlydefinethetermsandconditionsunderwhichtheAgentshallactforandonbehalfofthePrincipalinconnectionwithcertainmattersspecifiedinthisContract.
1.ScopeofRepresentation:
TheAgentshallrepresentthePrincipalinmatterspertainingto________[describethegeneralscopeofrepresentation].Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,activitiessuchas________,_________,and_________[specifywithprecision].
2.AuthorityandPowers:

3.TermofAgreement:

6.ObligationsoftheAgent:
TheAgentshallperformalldutiesassociatedwithrepresentationofthePrincipal,includingconductingbusinesswithdiligence,honesty,andintegrity,andavoidingany
