4.ProjectCoordination:TheContractorshallcoordinatewiththeClienttoensurethatallworkiscompletedontimeandtotheClient’ssatisfaction.Thisincludesprovidingupdatesonthestatusoftheprojectandaddressinganyissuesorconcernsthatariseduringthecourseoftheproject.
Timeframe:
TheContractshallbecompletedwithinareasonabletimeframeagreeduponbybothparties.ThespecificdeadlinesandmilestonesshallbeoutlinedinaprojectscheduletobeprovidedbytheContractortotheClient.
PaymentTerms:
