1.Introduction

maintenance-free,low-cost,reliablepowersupplyduringtheentirelifeofthebattery

voltageisstableandnomaintenance,theneedforuninterruptedforthevarioustypes

ofhaswideapplicationinpowerelectronicequipment,andportableinstrumentation.

Appropriatefloatvoltage,innormaluse(topreventover-discharge,overcharge,

over-current),maintenance-freelead-acidbatteryfloatlifeofupto12~16yearsfloat

voltagedeviationof5%shortenthelifeof1/2.Thus,thechargehasamajorimpact

onthistypeofbatterylife.Photovoltaic,batterydoesnotneedregularmaintenance,

thecorrectchargeandreasonableprotection,caneffectivelyextendbatterylife.

ChargingandprotectionICistheseparationoftheoccupiedareaandtheperipheral

circuitcomplexity.Currently,themarkethasnotyetreal,chargedwiththeprotection
