鉴于甲方需要运输货物，乙方同意提供运输服务，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及相关法律法规的规定，甲乙双方本着平等自愿、协商一致的原则，就货物运输事宜达成如下合同：

Article1:SubjectMatterofTransportation

1.1Thesubjectmatteroftransportationshallbethegoodsdescribedintheattachedmanifest,whichformsanintegralpartofthiscontract.

Article2:PlaceofAcceptanceandDelivery

2.1Thegoodsshallbeacceptedbythecarrierat__________anddeliveredtotheconsigneeat__________.

Article3:TransportationPeriod

3.1Thetransportationperiodshallcommenceon__________andconcludeon__________.

Article4:TransportationFees

Article6:RightsandObligationsoftheCarrier

6.1TheCarriershallhavetherighttoreceivethetransportationfeesasstipulatedinthiscontract.

6.2TheCarriershallensurethesafeandtimelytransportationofthegoodsinaccordancewiththetermsofthiscontract.

Article7:QualityStandardsandAcceptance

7.1ThegoodstransportedbytheCarriershallmeetthequalitystandardsstipulatedbythestate.
