ThisInternshipAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintobyandbetweentheCompany(theEmployer)andtheIntern(theIntern)on(Date).
I.DefinitionsandInterpretation
1.ThetermsusedinthisAgreementshallhavethemeaningssetoutbelowunlessotherwisedefinedherein:
a.Companymeans(CompanyName),alegalentityregisteredin(Country/State),engagedinthebusinessof(Companysmainbusiness).
b.Internmeans(InternsName),astudent/individualengagedinaninternshipprogramunderthisAgreement.
c.InternshipmeanstheperiodofpracticaltrainingandlearningconductedbytheInternunderthesupervisionoftheCompanyforthepurposeofenhancingskillsandknowledgeinaspecificfield.
2.Interpretation:ThisAgreementshallbeinterpretedinaccordancewiththelawsof(Country/State)andanyotherapplicableinternationaltreatiesorconventions.
II.TermofInternship
1.Theinternshipshallcommenceon(StartDate)andshallendon(EndDate)orasotherwisemutuallyagreedbybothparties.
III.InternshipPositionandResponsibilities
1.TheInternshallbeassignedtothepositionof(InternshipPosition)withintheCompany.
2.TheresponsibilitiesoftheInternduringtheinternshipshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto:(listdownspecificresponsibilitiesrelatedtotheinternship).
IV.RemunerationandBenefits
1.TheCompanyshallprovidethefollowingremunerationandbenefitstotheIntern:
