ThisResidentialLeaseAgreement(“Agreement”)is

1.Property:LandlordagreestoleasetoTenantandTenant

agreestorentfromLandlordthepropertylocatedat[insert

beginningfrom[insertstartdate]to[insertenddate].

2.Rent:TenantagreestopayLandlordamonthlyrentof

3.SecurityDeposit:TenantshallpayLandlordasecurity

6.Termination:EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreement

party.IntheeventofearlyterminationbyTenant,Tenantshall

forfeitthesecuritydeposit.

7.GoverningLaw:ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbythe

lawsofthestateof[insertstate],andanydisputesarisingoutof

thisAgreementshallberesolvedthrougharbitration.

8.EntireAgreement:ThisAgreementconstitutestheentire

agreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesanyprior

agreementsorunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal.
