I.CONTRACTSUMANDTERMS

II.SCOPEOFWORK

1.PartyAshallprovidethefollowingservices:

*Supplyofallnecessarybuildingmaterials;

*Executionofthebuildingwork;

*Completionoftheprojectontimeandtotheagreedstandards.

2.PartyBshallprovidethefollowingservices:

*Approvalofthedesignandplanning;

*Paymentofthecontractsumuponcompletionoftheproject;

*Provisionofanynecessarypermitsandapprovalsfortheproject;

*Coordinationwithanythird-partycontractorsorsuppliersinvolvedintheproject.

III.PAYMENTTERMS

1.PartyBshallpayPartyAinfulluponcompletionofthebuildingproject.ThepaymentshallbemadebybanktransfertoPartyAsdesignatedaccount.

2.Ifanydelaysinpaymentoccur,PartyBshallpayalatepaymentfeeof[延迟付款罚金]perdayuntilthefullamountispaid.

3.AlltaxesrelatedtothepaymentshallbebornebyPartyB.

IV.WARRANTYANDINDEMNITY
