Inconsiderationofthemutualpromisesandagreementscontainedherein,bothpartiesagreeasfollows:
Article1:LeaseObject
PartyAagreestoleasethefinancialassetspecifiedintheAnnextothisContracttoPartyBforthepurposeoffinancing.
Article2:LeaseTerm
ThetermofthisleaseisspecifiedintheAnnex.ThecommencementdateoftheleaseshallbedeterminedupontheactualdeliveryoftheleasedassettoPartyB.
Article3:LeaseRent
Therentfortheleaseshallbedeterminedbasedonthespecifications,nature,andquantityoftheleasedasset,aswellasthedurationoftheleaseterm.DetailsarespecifiedintheAnnex.
Article4:Payment
PartyBshallmaketimelypaymentstoPartyAinaccordancewiththeagreedrentschedule.AnylatepaymentshallbesubjecttopenaltiesasstipulatedintheAnnex.
Article5:DeliveryandAcceptanceoftheLeasedAsset
PartyAshalldelivertheleasedassettoPartyBinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsspecifiedintheAnnex.Uponreceiptoftheasset,PartyBshallinspectandacceptitwithinareasonabletimeframe.Anydefectsordiscrepanciesshallbereportedpromptly.
Article6:UseandCareoftheLeasedAsset
PartyBshallusetheleasedassetinaccordancewithitsintendedpurposeandwithreasonablecare.AnydamageorlosscausedbyPartyBsnegligenceshallbefullybornebyPartyB.
Article7:TerminationofLease
Thisleasemaybeterminatedprematurelybyeitherpartyinthecaseofabreachbytheotherpartythatisnotcuredwithinareasonableperiod.Inaddition,theleaseshallbeterminatedattheendoftheagreedleaseterm.
Article8:OwnershipandRiskTransfer
Duringthetermofthelease,ownershipoftheleasedassetshallremainwithPartyA.RiskoflossordamagetotheassetshallbetransferredtoPartyBupondel
