ThiscontractismadebyandbetweentheBuyerandtheSeller,wherebytheBuyeragreestobuyandtheSelleragreestosellthefollowinggoodsaccordingtothetermsandconditionsstipulatedbelow:
1.GeneralTermsandConditions:
1.1.ThegoodstobesuppliedbytheSellertotheBuyerunderthisContractshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowing:
(a)ThespecificationsandqualitystandardsmentionedintheContract;
(b)ThesamplesapprovedbytheBuyer;or
(c)Thestandardsstipulatedbytherelevantauthoritiesoragreeduponbybothparties.
1.2.TheSellershallensurethatthegoodsaredeliveredtotheBuyeringoodconditionandinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.
1.3.TheBuyershallmakepaymenttotheSellerinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.
2.SpecificTermsandConditions:
